How To Weaken And Collapse A Nation

When a nation is about to go under, the tell tale signs is evident.

  1. Get a nation to be against God.

The first 3 commandments is how you get God to come against a nation.

Exodus 20:3-7 (NKJV)

3 “You shall have no other gods before Me.
4 “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth;

5 you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,

6 but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
7 “You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.

Serve another god. Make another image of a god you serve. Hate the God of heaven and earth. Take God’s name in vain.

The Lord Jesus spoke of the kinds of people that would do this (see Matthew 24:36-44). He spoke of Noah and Lot’s day. They walked around and carried about life without God.

Genesis 6:5-8 (NKJV) “Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the LORD was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So the LORD said, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I am sorry that I have made them.” But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

This attitude remains with us today.

The wickedness in men’s heart is great and it’s only evil continually.

Genesis 6:11-12 (NKJV) “The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. So God looked upon the earth, and indeed it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.”

There’s violence in the earth and indeed it was corrupt.

Psalms 14:1-3 (NKJV) “The fool has said in his heart,
“There is no God.”
They are corrupt,
They have done abominable works,
There is none who does good.
The LORD looks down from heaven upon the children of men,
To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.
They have all turned aside,
They have together become corrupt;
There is none who does good,
No, not one.”

2. Perverts justice.

Deuteronomy 27:19 (NKJV) ‘Cursed is the one who perverts the justice due the stranger, the fatherless, and widow.’ “And all the people shall say, ‘Amen!’

3. Calls evil good, and good evil.

Isaiah 5:20-21 (NKJV) “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;
Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes,
And prudent in their own sight.”

3. Punish the righteous.

Proverbs 17:26 (NKJV) “Also, to punish the righteous is not good, nor to strike princes for their uprightness.”

Proverbs 17:15 (NKJV) “He who justifies the wicked, and he who condemns the just,
Both of them alike are an abomination to the LORD.”

4. Perversion even among high officials.

Ecclesiastes 5:8 (NKJV) “If you see the oppression of the poor, and the violent perversion of justice and righteousness in a province, do not marvel at the matter; for high official watches over high official, and higher officials are over them.”

Ecclesiastes 5:8 (AMP) “If you see the oppression of the poor and the violent taking away of justice and righteousness in the state or province, do not marvel at the matter. [Be sure that there are those who will attend to it] for a higher [official] than the high is observing, and higher ones are over them.”

5. Increase sexual perversion in the land.

Leviticus 18:22-26 (NKJV) “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination. Nor shall you mate with any animal, to defile yourself with it. Nor shall any woman stand before an animal to mate with it.

It is perversion.

Do not defile yourselves with any of these things; for by all these the nations are defiled, which I am casting out before you. For the land is defiled; therefore I visit the punishment of its iniquity upon it, and the land vomits out its inhabitants.”

Weaken its military. Overtax the people. Increase cost of living.

The days of the United States is numbered. The sins of the United States is getting full.

The steady decline of a nation is occurring before the eyes of the world.

I know that everyone is hoping for a revival, but if you’re not witnessing for the LORD, your hope is futile.

If you’re hiding your light under a lampstand, your hope is futile.

If you’re salt is gone, your hope is futile.

If you’re living in sin, you’re hope is futile.

If you’re trusting in the Democrat or Republican Party, your hope is definitely futile.

So never be surprised at the outcome.

Right up to the moment that the Lord closed the door to the ark, the people were continuing in sin.

Then the rain came.

Right up to the moment that the 2 angels led Lot, his wife and daughters out of Sodom and Gomorrah, the men continued in homosexuality and perversion.

Then fire and brimstone rained down upon them.

The same conditions are here today.

Right up to the moment that judgment is poured out on the wicked in the Book of the Apocalypse or The Book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ.

Notice the defiance of 2 landmark Supreme Court rulings.

It’s clear that defiance is in the atmosphere. And it only leads to destroying a nation.

Psalms 2 (NKJV) 1 Why do the nations rage,
And the people plot a vain thing?

2 The kings of the earth set themselves,
And the rulers take counsel together,
Against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying,

3 “Let us break Their bonds in pieces
And cast away Their cords from us.”

4 He who sits in the heavens shall laugh;
The Lord shall hold them in derision.

5 Then He shall speak to them in His wrath,
And distress them in His deep displeasure:

6 “Yet I have set My King
On My holy hill of Zion.”

7 “I will declare the decree:
The LORD has said to Me,
You are My Son,
Today I have begotten You.

8 Ask of Me, and I will give You
The nations for Your inheritance,
And the ends of the earth for Your possession.

9 You shall break them with a rod of iron;
You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel.'”

10 Now therefore, be wise, O kings;
Be instructed, you judges of the earth.

11 Serve the LORD with fear,
And rejoice with trembling.

12 Kiss the Son, lest He be angry,
And you perish in the way,
When His wrath is kindled but a little.
Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.

The Minister's Crucible is designed to inform the Body of Christ about the inner workings of the ministry. The word Crucible from Latin, is "crux" where we get the word "cross" from. It also means a "metal container" where metals and other substances are melted or are subjected to higher temperatures, put to the temperature test. The Lord Jesus said "If any man desires to follow after Me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me." Let's take up our cross and follow Him.
