Recently, a lot of men and women of God among the Black community have said some very mean things to the Black people that stand for the truth ABOVE being Black. Many Black people believe that you should suppress the truth about what goes on in the Black community and just go about our business.
The moment you begin to tell the truth is the moment that people get offended and try their best to make the truth bearers out to be the evil guy.
The reasoning behind this is for over 400 years, Black people have been abused and killed.
To tell the truth only pours salt into the wounds of Black people.
It gets to the point where robbing, stealing, killing, rioting, fornicating, adulterating, being bisexual or just plain homosexual, and other sins is justified.
God sent His Son from heaven to earth to die for the sins of mankind. To free every man from the power and guilt of sin.
Slavery is a very despicable sin. But the slavery of sin is even worse. The Civil War and the 1964 Civil Rights Act should have ended it but all it did was put at bay one slave master while staying enslaved to the other (satan).
A few months ago, a young Black teen talked about reparations. That the rioting, the breaking into business to steal is our reparations. In 2015, Baltimore was allowed to go up in crime, allowing Black people to loot and steal with impunity. Which brings us to where we are today.
Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, and others.
Breonna Taylor and George Floyd were killed by the hands of police.
Decisions Determines Destiny.
When people refuse to come to Christ and depend upon the world under the control of satan, a person’s choices ultimately reveals their destiny. We don’t look at what led to their tragic deaths, but we stay focused on the incident.
To the point where if you’re a true believer in Christ, you begin to lose Biblical perspective.
It’s not about losing your identity as a Black person. It’s about Christ being Lord over your Black identity. But Paul lost his identity as a Jew to win and gain Christ (see Philippians 3:1-16). And perhaps, as Black people, we should do the same. That as Paul, we would gain the excellence of the knowledge of Christ our Lord.
Besides, He created man in His image which is Spirit (see John 4:24). The only thing that’s incorporated in the makeup of man is the container that the Lord created us to have.
The flesh is the 3rd part of man. The middle part of man is his soul which incorporates the mind, will, intellect, personality, and emotions. The spirit of man is the real man. We see the order of the tri-part (3 part) being of man in 1 Thessalonians 5:23.
When God created Adam and Eve, we were already in the Lord. The only thing that the Lord did was create a container called the body and then blew into Adam all of mankind. Then the Lord created Eve to give birth. Male and female.
The invisible inner man is the real image and the mind and body is the outward visible expression of God. All satan needed to do is change the inner man from God to satan.
As long as man obeyed God, satan couldn’t get in. It was only until Adam and Eve disobeyed God that satan could get in (see Genesis chapter 3).
Once satan murdered Adam and Eve (see John 8:44 and Romans 5:12), God confined all under sin (see Galatians 3:22). So now, man is more mind and body conscious than spirit of man conscious. In other words, he’s more aware of his outer man than his inner man.
That’s because man, as a result of sin, is spiritually dead (see Ephesians 2:1-9).
With these things in mind, the outer man is the focus. Each person is aware of their nationality. But nationality must never be exalted above the image of God expressed in the inner man.
Class of people or nationality is part of God’s plan but satan perverted it.
To solve the nationality problem, we must return to the Lord through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. We can protest, riot, and do a lot of politics but when it’s done apart from the Lord, a problem could get solved temporarily but another problem will emerge.
Constantly, we’ve see Black person after Black person killed, injured, or other measures of injustices and we haven’t been able to solve the issue.
We constantly get upset and there’s no relief in sight from man.
Matthew 11:28-30 (NKJV) “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
I get it? You say?
Why doesn’t the world come to Christ to solve the skin issue?
John 3:19-20 (NKJV) “And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.”
The answer to racism is Jesus, but because men loved darkness rather than light, man will use every tactic to keep other men in bondage.
True believers will never argue with the Scriptures. Professed believers will argue with the Scriptures. Even when the truth is in their faces. Carnal believers will contend with truth bearers to make the truth bearer look like the one that committed a betrayal of their race.
Accusing truth bearers of betraying their race and not being supportive of the Black community.
Black people in sin will try to make truth bearers look like the sinner or the wrong doer.
Truth comes from the Lord. The conviction is so strong that either they will yield to the Lord or remain an enemy of the Lord according to James 4:4. We feel for any person, regardless of race, when injustice occurs, however, the job of the truth bearer is to give or speak the truth in love.
To recover the backslider, and to point sinners to Christ.
satan gets mad when truth bearers reveal the truth so that people that may be blind could see. It’s another choice true believers, professed believers, and carnal believers must make.
If we desire truth in the inward parts, we will never love skin over God.
We will love God over skin and point people to the truth, even when attacked.
The whole intent of the attack is to get the truth bearer to cease from telling the truth.
Even if it means hurting the community.
Truth can never be defeated, crushed, or remain buried.
Truth will rise, get healed from the crushing, and remain undefeated.
