Many people, saved and unsaved, are worried about the condition of the country leading up to the November 3rd presidential elections.
Since 2015, we’ve seen an unprecedented attack to destroy this country.
But the attempts to destroy this nation was well underway even before the Revolution.
The Bible shows no clear record of where the United States is in Bible prophecy, except when you see in many places “all nations.”
It’s general and that’s a good thing. As I’ve said before, the Lord deliberately kept this nation a secret.
Even in its fallen state and condition where we are today, this nation has put out more for the gospel than any other nation in the world. The Puritans that left the shores of England, on a perilous journey, to start anew without religious persecution, had no clue about the kind of nation it would become.
For centuries, people would escape the persecutions coming from within religious institutions to suppress their freedom. Today, these persecutions are here in the land to stay. The freedoms Christians enjoy are evaporating very fast. Suppression of free speech, censorship, and violence is a regular occurrence with no end in sight.
The election of Trump was a clear surprise to the entire world especially when you’ve seen to what extent fallen man was willing to go to ensure a specific candidate was positioned to be Obama’s successor.
Hillary Clinton tried twice to become the nation’s first female president of the United States, but was beaten by Obama in 2008 and Trump in 2016. Obama feared that all of the liberal policies that placed America on a declining trajectory were about to be annulled.
Hillary was to be the heir apparent to finish the job.
But Biden is now in the picture. The Republican Senate may not have the majority if the Dems flip 4 seats. The House looks like it will remain in Democrats hands. The SCOTUS isn’t dependable on conservative issues. Pastors are defecting at an alarming rate.
One pastor revealed his racial sympathies attempting to call White privilege “white blessing.”
Regarding the direction of this nation, and others, Psalm 75 is clear. Daniel chapter 5, and Acts 17:26-27 got in the way because the Lord still is operating in long-suffering according to 2 Peter 3:9.
The recent events of our time is part of the overall workings of God to further weed out those that don’t want truth. All of these events were told to us as signs that the exit is getting close.
The decline and disappearance of the United States is clearly before our eyes.
Abortion. Civil Rights. Homosexuality. Education/Indoctrination. Debt. Unemployment. Racism.
Just these events alone has divided many that sit in houses of worship.
NOT EVERYONE IS IN THE BODY OF CHRIST.
NOT ALL PERSONS IN THE PULPIT ARE FOR CHRIST.
Just because people sit in the pew, it doesn’t mean they’re in Christ.
They carry their Bibles but the Bible isn’t in them.
They raise their hands and bow their knees to BLM but on Sunday, they raise their hands in service as bold face hypocrites. The devil knew that people would be emotional and folks that you expect to walk by faith, show up as people that walk by sight.
So, here’s what the new America may look like.
No police. Lawlessness. Crime is permitted where those arrested are released the same day. House of worship forced to close and some will remain closed. Street preachers harassed, beaten and killed. You work for much less with no benefits. Your bank accounts are hacked or confiscated. You can’t leave your homes. Your weapons, if any, are confiscated (red flag laws). You can’t pray to the true and living God. Your Bibles are removed. If you have electronic Bibles, they will be erased, and any Bible apps are prohibited. You’re prohibited from singing true Christian songs on Zoom or any social media platform. You can’t secretly meet to have underground services. Social media is shutting down free speech. Anything spoken about that brings truth will be a magnet for attention. Meaning that you will get a knock on your door at any hour of the day or night to drag you from your home. You lose your job and all benefits.
Some of these things are already at work and picking up steam.
The election of Trump in 2016 was NOT a reprieve. It was a pause.
Wickedness will continue to spread in the land. Believers that aren’t solid in their faith, producing good fruit in persecution with patience will fall away and defect from the faith.
These are unprecedented times.
We must remain faithful to the end.
