2 Corinthians 4:3-4
“But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.”
There’s many people in houses of worship that were greatly affected by the recent events of the last 2 weeks regarding George Floyd.
We’ve failed to look behind the scenes to see who’s really instigating this.
Then when the truth comes, people that sit in the pews completely ignore the BOOK, and out of their emotions, make statements without Biblical support.
A few years ago, a brother introduced me to the plot of homosexuals that if you make the world see you as a victim and then show those that stand with the Scriptures out to be the enemy, you will win the hearts of those that are sympathetic to the victim.
The events is about victimization. And when you feel like a victim, you will squeeze every ounce of juice out of being the victim. All of a sudden, all of your requests are granted at great expense.
As long as you’re a victim, the whole world will come to your aid. But what did you really create? An easy payday.
You look to the world instead of looking to the Lord. But it’s only for a season. It ends and the cycle resumes. We never come to the Lord and then, at the end of our lives, what have we to show for it?
No one gets saved. Many people are sent to hell because the gospel of Jesus Christ was declared ineffective. But as Paul said, “I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation…”
Or what Bible-less people do is make statements without Biblical support, and it’s with convoluted myths/fables regurgitated political statements out of the mind of a victim.
Each time when there’s a killing of a man (Black), it’s the best victimization tool to separate us from the Scriptures. satan knows that Black people are so emotional that we can’t discern the truth, even when told.
How can you tell when you’re blind?
When you can’t see.
The devil replay these events, knowing that you can’t see, or that you don’t want to see. Then when we present the ONLY solution, you reject it as ineffective. But you never can see like God sees.
But for others, your eyesight diminishes slowly. And instead of going to the eye doctor, we’re in denial and walk into a wall. Then we try to play it off like we knew that the wall was there all time.
During the ministry of Jesus, the Lord healed many blind people. No doubt, people needed their sight and the Lord healed them. But if you look closely, the Lord ministered healing to blind people in the natural to reveal a spiritual condition within the nation of Israel.
They were spiritually blind.
“And He spoke a parable to them: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into the ditch?”
Spiritual leaders must show the way to Christ through repentance from dead works and faith towards God through Jesus Christ.
For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance; but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says:
‘Hearing you will hear and shall not understand,
And seeing you will see and not perceive;
For the hearts of this people have grown dull.
Their ears are hard of hearing,
And their eyes they have closed,
Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears,
Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn,
So that I should heal them.’
What is the Lord saying? If you ever decide to hear correctly and see correctly, you leave Me no choice but to heal you.
It’s very difficult for people to hear over and over again the words of the world and then they deliberately ignore hearing the Word of God. Here’s the reason. They see that it takes time for the Word to work. And when people don’t see the Word working, for a lack of patience, they abandon the Word.
It’s like when one person decides to work out in a gym and after a 5 minute workout, they go to the mirror and thought that the weight was gone. It takes a continued dedicated effort and time to see results.
Look at the parable of the sower. The fourth ground is the good ground where fruit is borne with patience and persecution. The first 3 grounds are impatient people.
Spiritual blindness is a choice.
Many will ask the question. Don’t you see what’s really going on. Blacks are being killed and we’ve got to do something about it. Without question. But the ONLY answer is for a man to be born again by repentance from dead works and faith towards God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
To offer solutions without God, it may work for a season, but it ends with the next death. When every person gets saved, violence ends. Not only saved, but come to the knowledge of the truth. In other words, the mind is renewed not to live like haters and murderers.
Until then, more killings will come.
Jesus said, “With men it’s impossible. But with God, all things are possible.”
When people quickly abandon the Lord without working the Word, these are the blind ones and they’re quick to lead the blind, and both will inevitably fall into the ditch.
We don’t have to be blind because spiritual blindness is a choice. So if you choose to be blind, it’s up to you, but the ones that can see, are “not ignorant of his (satan’s) devices.”
So who’s really blind here?
